1. Tranning Summary:

Accelerated 60-day welding training delivers intensive, hands-on certification preparation focusing on advanced positions (4G, 6G) and high-demand processes (TIG, MIG). This compressed timeframe requires full-time commitment (typically 30–40 hours per week) to build the muscle memory needed to pass stringent industry welding tests.

2. Training Structure: 

Ø MIG Welding (GMAW): Focuses on wire-feed speed, gas shielding, and rapid production welding on carbon steel and aluminum.

Ø TIG Welding (GTAW): Emphasizes precise hand-eye coordination using a non-consumable tungsten electrode and separate filler rod for high-quality welds on stainless steel and exotic metals.

Ø 4G Position: Mastery of overhead plate welding using both backing straps and open-root techniques.

Ø 6G Position: The ultimate structural test involving a pipe fixed at a 45-degree angle, requiring seamless transition through overhead, vertical, and flat positions.

Ø Days 1–15: Safety protocols, blueprints, and intensive MIG training on flat, horizontal, and vertical plates.

Ø Days 16–30: Torch control, amperage adjustment, and TIG training on thin-gauge metals and stainless steel.

Ø Days 31–45: Advanced structural techniques focusing on 4G overhead plate certifications.

Ø Days 46–60: Out-of-position pipe welding culminating in 6G multi-process certification tests (usually TIG root with MIG or Stick fill).
